SchoolVue enables teachers to monitor and control every student’s computer activity from the convenience of their own PC. With SchoolVue, teachers know exactly what every student is working on. Using SchoolVue’s Thumbnail View a teacher can monitor the desktop of every student’s computer, all on one screen. For a closer look – just mouse over any student Thumbnail for an enlarged view. SchoolVue’s Broadcast feature enables an Instructor to broadcast their screen or a student’s screen to one student or the entire classroom for detailed instruction and examples. You can also record demonstrations for later playback – even by students at home. If a student needs assistance, simply take control of their computer with your own keyboard and mouse, just as if you were seated next to them, for one-on-one instruction or send them a private instant message. With SchoolVue’s ‘Show Leader’ feature, a teacher can pass off control of the broadcasted demonstration screen to students to enable them to collaborate on a demo session. Create & Grade Tests Design tests with a minimum of effort. SchoolVue incorporates a full Test Designer allowing a Tutor to set customized tests including text, picture, audio and video questions. A choice of 16+ question styles are available. The methodology used in SchoolVue allows a Teacher to create in minutes a structured and fully featured test. This can then be distributed in real-time to all of your selected Students and you can then watch as each student progresses through the test.

Control which applications and web sites students can use. SchoolVue lets you restrict web sites and applications that students may visit or use. Create a white list of exactly which applications you want students to launch and which web sites they may visit. You can even block certain web pages within an allowed web site.
